Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ability to write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Create and develop projects schedules and budgets.
- Manage the relationship and overlap between projects, handling sensitive situations and dealing with conflicts.
- Set each party’s role within the scope of each project.
- Identify and mitigate the risks that arise in each project.
- Identify the problems and obstacles that may lead to delaying the implementation of projects and systems within the specified time plan and submit reports to the Manager.
- Communicate with the departments and branches of the bank to determine the progress of work/project and find the best ways to implement the requirements.
- Monitor and follow up the progress of each project to ensure that activities are executed on a timely manner.
- Ensure that project governance and processes follow models in compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports to senior management regarding project milestones and budget, including any specific issues or risks.
- Document any identified required changes and communicate it to the relevant parties and facilitate communications between the relevant parties.
- Ensure that resources are available and allocated to the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Or Master of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- PMP, Agile holders are preferred
- Very good experience in business analysis and workflow process
- Good experience in the bank’s various systems
