Head of ATMs Support Section

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor the ATM network and make sure that it is active 24/7.  
  • Identify recurring problems and address them radically.
  • Ensure that ATMs are fed with all currencies 24/7. 
  • Ensure the safety of ATMs from any hacking equipment/devices.
  • Follow-up with suppliers to address any problems that might occur. 
  • Ensure having alternative ATMs in stock, in case of any potential replacements. 
  • Submit reports on the status of the ATMs network to the direct supervisor.
  • Follow-up on global updates and new technologies regarding ATMs. 
  • Follow up on maintenance contracts and establish service level agreements with the service providers. 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience
  •  Or Master of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience 

Languages:  

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • A leading and creative person.
  • High ability to communicate with others.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
