Airport Wait Time … Now a Time for Luxury

The experience of entering airport lounges with The National Bank’s Mastercard (Platinum Credit Card and World Elite Credit Card) has become a digital and contactless experience. To benefit from this service, the customer is required to download the ‘Mastercard Travel Pass’ application and register their Mastercard to continue accessing the airport lounges according to the credit card type and available features for each. The application serves as an alternative to ‘‘Lounge Key’’ and ‘‘Priority Pass’’ programs. The customer will only be able to access the lounges by registering the card through the application and obtaining a quick response code for entry.

To avoid any inconvenience during your travels, download the ‘‘Mastercard Travel Pass” application, register your credit card, and generate a quick response code for entry. Please note that your actual card or previous programs such as “Lounge Key” and “Priority Pass” will not be accepted for entry.
 

Service Access and Registration:

  • Download the “Mastercard Travel Pass” from “Google Play” or “App Store”.
  • Activate the airport lounge access feature through the “Dragon Pass” program.
  • Register your Mastercard.
  • Review nearby lounges and determine if you are qualified for free access (eligibility for free access and entry fees vary for the customer or accompanying guest depending on the card category. Fees will be directly charged to the registered Mastercard on the application if applicable).
  • To enter the lounge, create and present a quick response code from the application or provide your membership number to the lounge reception staff. (Access can be confirmed using the quick response code or your available membership number (whether you are connected to the internet or not) on the application. All cardholders, both primary and supplementary, must display their respective quick response code (by registering their cards separately using individual email addresses).

The number of available lounges and access privileges vary depending on the type or category of the card, such as Platinum or World Elite from Mastercard. Changes may occur to the available lounges, and an updated list can be found on the application at any time.
