Gender Participatory Audit Report

Gender Participatory Audit Report

The Gender Participatory Audit, is an audit conducted by the UN Women using the International Labour Organization’s standards and methodologies, to inspect businesses operations from a gender view. The audit highlights the strengths of businesses in mainstreaming gender equality externally and internally, and lists recommendations for existing gaps to improve the role of the institution in gender equality. The Gender Participatory Audit seeks to promote individual and institutional learning on effective gender mainstreaming, in the economy, work place and the community. The National Bank approached UN Women in 2018, to conduct the gender audit and has started implementing the recommendations in the report.
