Samir Zraiq
Mr. Samir Zraiq is a prominent businessman with extensive experience in economic policymaking, asset and portfolio management, as well as financial and strategic planning.
His relationship with The National Bank (TNB) extends for more than nine years, having been a board member since 2012. He has chaired the bank’s credit facilities board committee as well as being a member of its investment committee. His belief in TNB’s capabilities and leadership role in developing financial services in Palestine has led him to grow his investment in the bank and become one of its major shareholders.
Mr. Zraiq is also the chairman of Palestine Investment & Development Company and Sahem Trading & Investments Company. With his wide and diverse investment experience, Mr. Zraiq has overseen the investments of a number of finance and real estate companies across the Palestinian private sector.
Due to in-depth knowledge of sustainable development, Mr. Zraiq has chaired the Palestinian Businessmen Association and served as the Vice Chairman of the Federation of Arab Businessmen, where he contributed to promoting and attracting Arab and International investments to Palestine.
Furthermore, Mr. Zraiq’s track record includes the planning of economic policies at the national level; he is a member of the National Team of Economic Development in Palestine as well as a member of the board of directors of the Social Security Fund. In addition, he is a member of the Palestinian National Committee of the World Trade Organization and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Omar M. Masri
Omar M. Masri (Vice Chairman) is a businessman with 30 years of experience in the banking as well as oil & gas sectors. Since 2006, he has been the Group Managing Director of the Edgo group, a regional company with operations in the fields of oil & gas, power, water, and infrastructure. Prior to Edgo, Omar established and managed Atlas Investment Group (“Atlas”) in 1996, a regional investment banking firm, and in 2004, the Arab Bank acquired Atlas and established it as the bank’s Investment Banking arm, known today as AB Invest. He was appointed as Arab Bank’s first Global Head of Investment Banking and represented Arab Bank on the boards of several affiliate and sister entities, including the Arab National Bank in Saudi Arabia. He was the first individual in Jordan to be granted the Certified Financial Consultant, Broker, and Investment Manager License by the Jordan Securities Commission. In 2004, Omar was invited to be a member of the Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFC) Practitioner Committee to assist in the establishment of the DIFC.
In 2002, Omar founded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute’s Jordan chapter and became its first chairman. Prior to establishing Atlas, he was a fund manager at Foreign & Colonial Emerging Markets in London, UK, where he structured and managed the first regional Middle East investment fund in the world, which was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Omar has a B.B.A. in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. In 1990, he completed a two-year, intensive wholesale credit-training program at the Philadelphia National Bank/Wharton Business School in Philadelphia and subsequently managed the bank’s correspondent banking relationships in Thailand and Japan. Omar has been a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2001 and was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Caesar Qulajen
Caesar Qulajen has been the General Manager of Jordan Commercial Bank since 2015. He has more than 30 years of banking experience. He has diverse experience in the banking and financial sectors in Jordan and abroad. Qulajen represents JCB on the boards of several companies, including Middle East Payment Services (MEPS), First Jordan Investment Company, and Al Hussein Fund for Excellence.
Prior to joining JCB, he was the Deputy General Manager of the Housing Bank for Trade and Finance, and the CEO of Abram for Industrial and Commercial Investments in Saudi Arabia. Prior, he was the Assistant General Manager for the Saudi American Bank (Samba), where he worked for 2 years. He was a Principal Manager at Arthur Andersen in Saudi Arabia and the Social Security Corporation.
Qulajen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dallas, Texas.

Isam Salfiti
Mr. Salfiti, an authority on the Jordanian economy and the banking sector in particular, is a board member of The National Bank on behalf of Bank al Etihad. Mr. Salfiti is the chairman of Bank al Etihad, and also serves as the chairman of the Union Financial Brokerage Company, the Union Land Development Corporation and Jordan Hotels and Tourism Company. He is the vice chairman of the Union Integrated Tourism Company and serves as a member of the board of Zara Investment Co., Union Tobacco & Cigarettes Co., the King Hussein Foundation, Amman Baccalaureate School, Jordanian Businessmen Association, Swiss Jordanian Business Club and the Jordanian British Association.
In addition, Mr. Salfiti serves on the Board of Trustees for the Red Sea Institute of Cinematic Arts, the University of Jordan, the Jordan Career Education Foundation, Jubilee School and Columbia University Middle East/Research Center – Amman. He is also a former board member of the Council of Higher Education – Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.
Prior to joining Bank al Etihad in 1997, Mr. Salfiti was the general manager of the Union Bank for Savings and Investment for nine years. The Union Bank was formed out of the Arab Finance Corporation, a business which Mr. Salfiti worked at as the deputy general manager from 1986 to 1989. The Arab Finance Corporation evolved from Mr. Salfiti’s family business Salfiti & Sons Exchange Company where he was the general manager from 1975 to 1987.
Mr. Salfiti was born in Jaffa in 1944. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics from the American University of Beirut in 1967.

Abdul Naser Tibi
Abdulnaser AlTibi is the Chief Financial Officer of Paltel Group since year 2021 and he is responsible of managing the financial, administrative, HR and procurement functions at the Group, AlTibi is a board member for several Group subsidiaries including Jawwal and Jawwal Pay.
The professional experience of AlTibi extends over 13 years in the fields of financial management, auditing, and accounting, where he had several senior positions within the Group including Group Financial Controller. Prior to joining the Group he worked at EY which included auditing major publicly traded companies in Palestine.
Received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Birzeit Univerity, he also earned several internationally recognized designations in financial analysis and accounting fields, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Nimer Abdul Wahed
Nimer Abdul Wahed serves as the Director of Real Estate Sector at Palestine Development and Investment Co. (PADICO Holding). He serves on the board of many publicly listed companies and private shareholding companies such as Arkan Real Estate Company, The National bank, The Palestinian Company for Distribution and Logistics Services (Wassel), Jericho Gate, Jericho Agro Industrial Estate and Palestine Industrial Estate and PalGas. Hence, he is a member in several civil-society organizations such as the Palestinian-American Chamber of Commerce.
Nimer accumulates over 20 years of experience in developing and managing companies, specifically in the real estate sector. Before joining PADICO holding Nimer was the Chief Financial Officer of Bayti Real Estate Investment Co. (the developer of Rawabi) and an audit executive at Ernst & Young. Such experience skilled him with strong capabilities in management and oversight of day to day financial and business operations as well as proven strengths in the areas of analysis, performance monitoring and evaluation of organizational short- and long-term objective.
Nimer holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Furthermore, during his career path he participated in many international and local conferences and advanced training programs.

Manal Zraiq
Mrs. Zraiq is a Palestinian business woman, Chairwoman of al Mustaqbal School, Chairwoman of Zoom Advertising Company and a board member of Sahem Trading & Investments Company. She is also a board member representing her major shares in publicly trading companies such as the National Bank (TNB), and the Palestine Investment & Development Company (PID).
She is a pioneering woman supporting and lobbying for businesswomen’s development and their advancement in Palestine. Her dedication and persistence in promoting business development, particularly for women, has positioned her as one of the most prominent businesswoman executives in Palestine.
Ms. Zraiq’ wide range of specialized skills include: finance, business operations, logistical planning, human resource recruitment and management, accounting and operational management and the establishment and implementation of management systems and administrative policy. She is also a skilled communicator with demonstrated capabilities in team building and staff development and plays an active role in human resource recruitment and management.
During the past 23 years Ms. Zraiq has taken the lead as Partner & CEO of Massar International Group investment projects, she played a key supporting role in the establishment of Rawabi, the first planned Palestinian City and the largest private sector project in Palestine from foundation idea to implementation, She also served as a member of Rawabi Municipal Council for two terms. She is the Founder of Rawabi English Academy in 2016.
She has provided oversight of new business initiatives in journalism, information technology, financial services, real estate, media and fund management. She has managed multi-million dollar projects financed by international donors such as USAID, the EU and the World Bank, supervising every aspect of the projects from bidding, awarding, mobilization, implementing and closing.
As one of the most dynamic and pioneering businesswomen and female executives in the Middle East, she was a founder and the first chairwoman of the Palestinian Business Women Forum, an organization that supports Palestinian female entrepreneurs. She currently serves on the board of the organization (www.bwf.ps). Ms. Zraiq is also a board member of the Global Young Presidents’ Organization - YPO Palestine chapter (www.ypo.org), a Board member of Partners for Sustainable Economy – PSD (www.psdpal.org), and a member of the Advisory Board for YMCA Ramallah (www.facebook.com/RamallahYMCA). She was assigned by the Prime Minster Dr. Hamdallah, on the Board of the Loan Fund for Undergraduate in Palestine since 2017.

Dina M. Masri
Ms. Masri is a board member of a number of leading companies of the private sector in Palestine. She is known for her activities in supporting charitable causes and initiatives that promote cultural sustainability and empowerment of Palestinians in various sectors.
During the 1990s, Ms. Masri worked for Manufacturers Hanover Bank in New York and then moved to the UK from where she helped with her family business. In 1995, she relocated to Palestine to help with family business as well as philanthropic activities through the Munib R. Masri Development Foundation.
Ms. Masri obtained a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Studies from George Washington University, The United States of America.

Aziz Abdul Jawad
Mr. Aziz Abdul Jawad is the Chairman of Al-Wataniya Insurance Company. Prior he served as the Consultant of the Board of Directors from the year 2013 until the year 2019. He is also the Chairman of the board of directors of Al-Abraj National Company since 2014. Mr. Abdul Jawad holds a seat on the Board of Directors of Safa Bank and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). In 2009, and for a period of two years, Mr. Abdul Jawad was the chief executive officer of the Al-Wataniya Insurance Company, after having held the position of general manager for 15 years.
Mr. Abdul Jawad's experience expands from 1967, when he started his career at the Kuwait Insurance Company, where he held a number of vital positions, the last of which was the deputy general manager. In 1994, he was selected as the representative of the Palestinian Market at the Council of the General Arab Insurance Federation and continued until 2007. Mr. Abdul Jawad has been a board member for numerous companies and organizations, including the Palestinian Capital Market Authority, Al-Nokhba Company for Medical Services and Consultations, Mt. David Hospital Company, and the Palestinian Road Accident Casulties Compensation Fund. In 2008, he became the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Road Accident Victims Compensation Fund. Mr. Abdul Jawad obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Cairo.

Ayoub Zurub
A respected figure within the regional financial and insurance sectors, zurub brings over 20 years of relevant industry experience to spearhead multiple companies and federations, both in palestine and jordan. As ceo and board member of al mashreq insurance company and executive manager and board member of the jordan french insurance company, zurub lends unique insights to cement the abovementioned institutions’ standings as prominent market players. Among his contributions during his previous tenure as board member of the palestinian capital markets authority, zurub provided valuable knowledge to actively support the development of the authority’s corporate governance doctrine. He is also a renowned advocate for the digitalization of solutions within the financial sector; a risk management and mitigation specialist; and an expert on the impact of international financial reporting standards on financial services companies. Furthermore, zurub has deployed his strong logistics acumen to establish logistics companies from 2003 onwards, managing various projects across the region, including palestine. In 2014, zurub expanded into the real estate sector, and is now assuming the role of chairman of alaqariya commercial and investment company.
Zurub is currently board member of sadad an electronic payment service provide in addition to several other companies operating within the financial services and investment sectors. Moreover, he serves as vice chairman of both jordan management and consulting company a leasing and investment company and medservice a leading medical third-party administrator, and has previously acted as chairman of the palestinian insurance federation and as member of the national committee for financial inclusion.
Zurub holds a bachelor degree in Finance and Risk Management, from the University of Florida in the United States of America.

Kamal Abu Khadijeh
Mr. Abu Khadijeh is the ٌRepresentative of Minority Shareholders at National Bank Board of Directors. He is the General Manager and a main partner of Rasil Express (Fedex), Palestine. Mr. Abu Khadijeh has a rich experience in serving some of the largest and reputable companies in Palestine; From 2007-2012, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PalTel. Prior to this Mr. Abu Khadijeh worked as the CFO of the National Beverage Company/Coca-Cola in Palestine.
Previously, Mr. Abu Khadijeh worked at the Arab Palestinian Investment Company, where he was appointed as the Financial Manager for two companies: the Medical Supplies and Services (representing multinational healthcare companies, such as Eli Lilly, Abbot, and Nivea); and the Unipal General Trading Company (representing Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble and other multinationals).
Mr. Abu Khadijeh holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Accounting from Birzeit University.
